Power Automate puts Microsoft 365 to work for you
If your company already pays for Microsoft 365, you probably have Power Automate and aren’t using it. We build flows that make the most of what you’re already licensed for: approvals delivered to Teams, Outlook attachments saved to SharePoint, lists that update themselves, and Excel files consolidated every morning. It’s Microsoft 365 automation with governance: service accounts, clear permissions, and documented flows that don’t depend on one employee’s laptop.
Updated:
- Get more from licenses you already pay for
- Approvals inside Teams

Power Automate and Microsoft 365 automation FAQ
Is Power Automate included in Microsoft 365?
The standard version comes with most business plans. Some connectors and advanced features require a premium license; we tell you which ones before designing the flow.
Can you work with our IT team?
Yes, that’s what we recommend. We coordinate permissions, service accounts, and data policies with IT and hand over the documentation.
What happens if the employee who built a flow leaves?
That’s why we build them on service accounts, not personal accounts. If you already have flows at that risk, we migrate them.
Can it connect to non-Microsoft systems?
Yes, with existing connectors or via API. If the workflow relies mostly on outside tools, n8n or Make may be a better fit.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of flows, connectors, and licenses involved. We give you a fixed-price proposal after reviewing your Microsoft 365 environment.
What else is Power Automate and Microsoft 365 automation called?
It’s also known as Power Automate flows, SharePoint automation, Microsoft Teams approvals, or automating Outlook and Excel. It’s related to REST APIs, webhooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and data sync, topics we review with you when your project needs them.
